La Chanchera
A Chanchera is a structure used to house chanchos (pigs). Although we have no chanchitos at Etlingera Farms, we do have a 3 stall Chanchera. It is equipped with a sink, a clothes line for hanging clothes to dry, and for a brief while, it was home to our washing machine. Due to its proximity to the other structures, its plumbing, and electricity, the chanchera at Etlingera Farms makes an idea substitute for a utility room with laundry facilities.
